feel like you again.
Therapy for Relationships in Georgia & Florida
You want deeper, more fulfilling relationships.
It feels like when life gets chaotic, your relationships feel the strain
You believe in meaningful connections, but you know they take more than just time—they require effort, understanding, and healthy boundaries. But setting those boundaries can be tough, especially when you’re not always sure what you need or how to express it. And even when you do find the words, it can feel like you’re stuck in a loop—repeating yourself but never truly being heard. Whether it’s with family, friends, or a partner, this cycle can leave you feeling frustrated, disconnected, and unsure of how to create the relationships you truly want.
Sound like you?
Feeling unheard in your relationship
Walking on eggshells with your parents
Friendships are breaking up or feel one sided
Boundaries feel impossible
Here’s what we’ll do together
Therapy can help you gain clarity, build better communication, and create relationships where feel seen, heard, and respected.
In all relationships—whether with family, friends, or partners—the way we react under stress, the baggage we carry, and the expectations we place on ourselves can shape our connections in ways we don’t always realize. Often, these patterns come from past experiences or emotions we’ve never fully processed, creating cycles that feel hard to break. Therapy helps you step back and understand where these reactions come from, giving you the space to heal old wounds, release limiting beliefs, and show up in your relationships with more clarity and self-compassion. With this awareness, you can build connections that feel reciprocal, supportive, and truly nourishing.
At the end of the day, I want you to know:
You deserve relationships that feel balanced—where you’re met with the same energy you give.
What we’ll work on
Imagine a life where…
Feel safe with intimacy and trust in your relationships.
Set boundaries confidently & without fear
You can balance your own needs with your relationships
You feel truly understood
Let’s rediscover the connections you’ve been missing.

I use a combination of Internal Family Systems, Attachment-Based Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy to increase self awareness, self love and create necessary change.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a transformative, evidence-based model that helps people heal by accessing and loving their protective and wounded inner parts. We believe the mind is naturally multiple and that is a good thing. Just like members of a family, inner parts are forced from their valuable states into extreme roles within us. We also all have a core Self. Self is in everyone. It can’t be damaged. It knows how to heal. By helping people first access their Self and, from that core, come to understand and heal their parts, IFS creates inner and outer connectedness (Richard C. Schwartz, 2000). I am currently Level 2 Trained with the IFS Institute.
Attachment-Based Therapy explores how one’s childhood experiences might impact their ability to form meaningful bonds as adults. In attachment-based therapy, therapists work with people who need help rebuilding trust in relationships.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy is an increasingly popular approach aimed at helping clients to increase relaxation while removing negative or stressful judgments. This technique helps to teach clients how to deal with emotional stressors reflectively instead of reflexively (Hofmann et al., 2010).

I generally recommend to work together for at least 6 months, but we can assess this more based on your individual needs. I want to meet you wherever you are in your life, and support you accordingly.
